From the recording Classics of the Heart

My mother was always my biggest supporter, and she and I used to enjoy playing classical duets together. She too was a piano teacher and terrific player. I miss playing with her, so I decided to record both parts of the Sonatinas composed by M. Clementi, which I learned to play when I was 13 years old. I hadn't played them in several years, and I had hoped I still had the sheet music. When I opened the music cabinet, the sheet music literally fell out of the cabinet. A sign. I smiled and knew I was doing the right thing!
